recent collaborations include projects with breaking the binary theatre, clubbed thumb, concord theatricals/sam french, the national alliance for musical theatre, the tank, paper mill playhouse, mcc theater, atlantic theater company, new york city center, new york philharmonic, bang on a can, and nyu. ash was recently the associate director for the drama desk award winning broadway production of marjorie prime and has been the associate of directors such as billy porter, laurie woolery, rebecca taichman, tyne rafaeli, and anne kauffman. she has also served as a guest director in nyu mfa seminars led by oskar eustis, suzan-lori parks, and lucas hnath. in 2019, ash was named the inaugural directing apprentice at new york city center for their encores! off-center season. she was a 2024 brooklyn poets fellow and is currently a producing artistic leader for anne kauffman & jeanine tesori’s cast album project.
